Your final booking-specific terms are shown with the approved booking summary before payment.
The booked time includes entry, setup, lighting/set changes and wrap-up during the session. Please arrive ahead of your slot. Late arrival does not automatically extend it; extra time depends on availability and the OPS-approved price.
Each branch has separate rooms, sets and equipment. Branch, room and technical needs must be agreed in advance. Equipment, sets and moves between rooms require confirmation.
A submitted request is not a confirmed booking. Confirmation requires OPS approval and the deposit shown in the approved checkout summary. The amount and payment method are disclosed before collection.
Rescheduling and cancellation requests go through the booking team. Refunds and charges follow the policy shown at confirmation, actual third-party or performed-service costs, and applicable consumer rights.
Editing scope, revision rounds and delivery times are defined in the accepted package. Extra graphics, subtitles or versions outside scope require approval and pricing before work begins.
RAW delivery and retention, third-party licences, publishing and commercial usage rights must be agreed in writing. RAW or editable project files are not automatically included.
Guests must use the facilities safely and follow studio guidance. Damage is documented and assessed fairly, and site-specific rules are shared before the visit.
Packages and add-ons come from branch-specific OPS data. Website figures remain indicative until the official quote. Taxes, fees, discounts and expiry terms are disclosed before payment.
