Can I rent a set without a camera operator?
Yes, depending on the services available at that branch. Setup details are agreed before confirmation.
Are Dokki and Shubra prices the same?
Not necessarily. Each branch's approved prices and packages are provided by A2Z OPS.
Does choosing a time confirm my booking?
Your booking is not confirmed until the A2Z team confirms it, subject to the booking policy.
How much is the deposit and when is it paid?
The confirmed amount and payment method are shown before collection. The new checkout journey will show the deposit clearly before redirecting you to the payment gateway.
What happens if I arrive late?
Your booked slot includes setup and shooting. Late arrival does not automatically extend the session; additional time depends on availability and the approved rate.
Are RAW files included?
Not automatically. RAW footage and editable project files are included only when stated in the package or approved quote.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
You can contact the booking team. Changes and refunds follow the policy shown at confirmation and any work or third-party costs already incurred.
How long does editing take?
Turnaround time and revision rounds depend on the selected editing level and package, and are confirmed in writing before booking.
